IPD adjustable cam timing 200 1990

Doug-

I purchased said adjustable cam pulley in a kit from ipd which also included the VX camshaft. honestly...this was a huge waste of money. The cam made a nice difference (although not worth the money nor effort), and the timing gear makes such a slight difference that if I didn't know it was there I probably wouldn't realize there was a difference (i.e. placebo effect). I read somewhere that cam timing can actually be adjusted simply by installing your camshaft differently.
