To permanently de-yellow them ... no hope in that, as the plastic has already degraded. However, some clarity can be regained with a plastic polish (ie Meguiar's). It's not going to be brand-new perfect, but it'll be better than it is now.
Do note that the lenses from the factory had a UV protective coating on it. So after the polish, use a good car wax to protect it. Otherwise the process will start all over again, only at a more rapid pace.
