Help with Dashboard lights 900 1993

They're not wired like christmas lights, they're all individually +12V to ground. Or + whatever voltage is coming out of the dimmer rheostat. I'd expect the rheostat has gone bad or the wire somehow broke off it. If you don't care to spend the money to replace it, you can snip the wires from it and wire them together to simply bypass it, and supply full 12V all the time to the lights, thereby making them "full on" all the time. I'm not really sure what's involved in getting a dimmer out of the 940 dash so I'll end there. Just verify each fuse with an ohmmeter before going deeper.
