Idle problem- '85 Turbo. 200 1985

Yeah, I recently cleaned the pressure regulator, and the O2 sensor is new. I adjusted the idle arm (I don't remember what it's called off hand) by the throttle pully and can now get it to idle. I'm probably going to take it in to my mechanic and let them fine tune it since I can't do it as well- plus the weather's so bad and we don't have any covered area to work in.
