The best book that I have found is titled: Bosch Fuel Injection & Engine Management. Authored by Charles O. Probst. Bentley Stock Number is: GFIB. ISBN: 0-8376-0300-5. I think that it is a good idea to understand steps 2 & 3 before moving to steps 7 & 8.
