About two years ago I installed new hydraulic engine mounts on my 1987 745 with B230FT. With the new hydraulic engine mounts, it was not as smooth as the wife's 1986 with rubber mounts. I have the aluminum mounts to convert my car to the early rubber mounts, and that is exactly what I am going to do in the future. I'll make a new post them.
