Rear defrost problem 700 1989

Hi.

My rear window defrost don't work propely. Some times when I turn the switch on my radio freaks out. Are there any relations between these components ? Does the heated rear window have any relays ? if it does, where is this located ? I have been checking the window an its seems to be ok and there are power supply to the window, but the power seems to be a little weak.
