I have no idea what this is. I couldn't get a better shot since my wife was standing in the front door way yelling/complaining. This started to leak catastrophically (not my wife the part) a few days ago. All the radiator hoses are new as is the radiatator. This "leaker" has a nut(valve) of some sort that I couldn't get a 12mm, 13mm, or 14mm wrench to fit on. The nut of the valve is an in between size (SAE??), I think but, again wife was complaining out the door(I think she works for ford) so I couldn't really get at it as well as I would have liked. There is a metal pipe this leaker is attached to then rubber on the other side the leaker forms a tee. This car is new to me so anything is possible. I caught the leak in time before the overheat (hit red for just a second), I nailed it in nuetral killed the engine (fan kept running) and coasted into a parking spot. There was zero coolant since this leaker is at the very bottom of the coolant system.
