No it won't.If your 140 has a filler like a 240 it's a 74 not a 73.73 was the last year for the really flat gas tanks and all of those are not the same either.There are not only different tanks for carbed and injected cars,there are also a couple different injected tanks.(don't ask me how I know,it was painful lesson!)
