Plastic splash protector under front end fell off. Whats it called ? Part number?

It's called the belly pan. I don't know the OEM part number. If your car is a 240, ipd sells a plastic replica for I'm sure less money than a new one from Volvo. They also sell an aluminum one that is supposed to last much longer than the rubber ones. That one is more expensive.

You also can find them on eBay, but the used ones may have cracked mounting holes, so be cautious.
