You can't take apart sealed beams. But they're only like $7.99 at any autoparts store. Replace them in pairs, or they're likely to set off your "bulb warning" lamp. I've always found the regular halogen 4-headlights on our '88 to provide quite adequate light. All you need to replace them is a phillips head screwdriver- loosen the bottom screws but don't remove, then remove the two top ones. Apply a little grease to the socket when reinstalling to prevent corrosion.
