How to remove car rack? 700 1986

yes, I currently have just those two piecs that run from about the B pillar on each side to the back.
Remove all the screws (I think there are three per base - two go into the roof and the other one helps keep the little strips that sit on the roof in place)and theose two pieces will lift off and the small pieces that just sit on the roof should unhook from the base of those pieces. You should be able to figure out the rest, if not let me know. I can't remember how the crossbars come out right now.
