wow...that doesn't seem correct...sounds like a glitch in the ECU. My guess would be that you have a faulty speed sensor, as cruise is driven from the speedo, and erratic readings would play havoc with the cruise vaccum. I've had several turbos with cruise...and they were pretty stable. Come to think of it, turbo shouldn't even 'kick-in' at normal cruising speeds. Good Luck
