Exhaust System 700 1988

I purchased a Starla exhaust system through eEuroparts, and it only came with the muffler hanger, which doesn't fit the muffler.
Has anyone else run into this, and how do you get around it? The old hanger won't fit this muffler either.
I have contacted eEuroparts and they are supposedly sending me the right parts, but I'm not very confident I'll get the right stuff.
I need to get this car through inspection, and this is my only holdup!
