Now THAT is an AFW of a procedure.

Absolute Winner. Makes buying the Dremel just for the job a good trade off.

Otherwise - Remove front seats and front carpet---Disassemble right side of dash and blower duct work---Disconnect and pull rearward the control console panel---Disassemble left side of dash and blower duct work. (This includes removing instrument cluster);---Remove lower horizontal dash supports, L and R,---Disconnect vertical center control panel supports at floor---Move supports rearward---Remove clips holding outer half of turbine housing to inner half, R and L sides.

Now you are at the same position as the Dremel cut-the-large-hole method.

WOW. I'm off to buy a Dremel.

Thanks,

Bob
