Al, sounds like your having fun. I just got done with doing my brakes on my 142 so I'll share what I did. For the front calipers I found a set of rebuild 164 rotors on ebay for 25 bucks (lucky find) and already had the vented rotors so they went on fine. For the rears I had girlings that were froze up and I couldn't get the pistons out so they got srapped. Went to the junkyard and pulled of some rears on a 240, all you have to do is drill out the mount holes to fit the OE bolts. I got the rebuild kits from a import shop in town for 16 bucks for both. All the usual parts stores wanted 20 each side. For the rebuild kits I wouldn't recomend a dealer you can try the shop I went to they're called Bartosh Imports in Vancouver WA there phone # is(360)695-2243 also if they can't help "The Source" for brake stuff is Complete Brake Service INC. in Columbus OH they have anything you need I originally bought my front caliper rebuild kits from him for 42 bucks including shipping I'd sell them to you but I want to keep them around just in case, so there phone # is (614)221-4888. And on to the lines, yes I still have not sorted those out fully but there out there. I'd check ebay first but if no luck I got my rear 2 line from IPD they have steel braided lines for the rears for like 50 bucks. The fronts were a bit tricky, since the fittings are soft on the soft lines I stripped my new ones that I got at the dealer (thankfully with my dads employee discount) within a few times of tinkering with them and decided to go in search of steel braided lines. I bought 4 24" lines of -4 with AN fittings on them for 52 bucks on ebay, in order to convert AN to metric fittings that cost about another 40 bucks in Earls brand fittings from my local race store or Aeroquip. So thats where I'm at, I have all the fittings and now am just waiting for the lines in the post. My advice is to not get in a hurry, try new resources and always ask advice on how to do the job a different way, my 142 is also my project rally car and technically the lines up front aren't DOT approved and it isn't my daily driver so decide accordingly.
