Washing the underbody

It might be best to keep your Emergency brake off when doing this.
I have had the emergency cable freeze up in the 'On' position on a few cars. Sitting under the car with my wifes Blow dryer wasn't that much fun.

On days when the roads are very wet or slushy with the temperture dropping, I leave the Brake off.
