Bad idle, rich, wrong fault codes... Bad ECU? 700 1989

I checked only the resistance - at cold engine (10 Celsius) resistance is 4350 ohm, at hot engine - 257 ohm measured between pins #5 and #13 at the ECU connector.

Also i made a typo in the original post. The idle moves between 350-700, not 3500!
