I hate to sound picky... but when you say it's good, do you mean, it turns on? Or it just looks good?
Switch it with the electric fan relay (should have one of those too). If your fan works, that is... which you can establish by shorting the two wires that go to the radiator sensor.
Otherwise it could be a sizzled ECU or a broken or bad wire or connection. There are a few possibilities. But make sure that the relay isn't just good; make sure it works as well.
Yeah I know, I sound like a crank... but trust me, I've had the "looks good" parts before, that are bad.
