122 and 17' Concerns 120-130 1968

My '68 122 has a B18 in it. Also have PR springs, Bilstiens and IPD anti-sway bar system installed front and back. I put the springs in last so I can tell you that the ride is stiffer; and the worthwhile trade-off is stability. I can corner now in a manner which I'm certain would have rolled me over prior to these upgrades. I'm no race car driver but it feels it sometimes the way the car now holds the road.
Bottom out? Yes, I think that happens over some RR tracks, etc. I'm nearly certain it's hitting those little rubber things situated in or near the frond springs. I'll take care of those with a keyhole saw when it's warm enough to lay on the garage floor.
I'm not sure how a 122 would handle with the PR springs, but without the anti-sway system. Probably like a "brick." Pun intended.
Best of luck,
Stan
