I started with using my VCOA discount (20% I think) I am no longer a memeber. But I got on the dealers mailing list and got a card from the dealer. I also am registered via my High Mileage Club Medalion requests with Volvo Cars/North America. It might be worth a call to your dealerships parts dept to ask.
