Apperently the computer requires a stable RPM before it will begin the actual emissions test. I know of the "run lean" condition you get with hose removed from ICU and will gladley try it when the car will particapate in the actuall test. I can fix an emmission problem, unfortunatly for me the problem is in the engines ability to run smooth.
