A soft pedal usually means a bad MC. I know you replaced it, but what kind? Rebuid or aftermarket. Like the other post, it should be bench bleed or I think it can be ruined.

Are you getting any braking power at all?

I would try to get another one, or one from a junk yard before doing anything else.
oh and you should be using dot4 fluid.
