ABS,Cruse control,speedometer -problem

Hi
I have a 1988 760 and when driving it, it will light up the ABS light, and
at the same moment I can se that the speedometer fluctuates a little, and if
the cruise control is on, it will shut down. This happens almost everytime I drive the car. It will usually happen around 25-50 mph, usually more often when the car shifts into another gear or when making a rather sudden acceleration.
When the light goes in, it will stay on until I restart the car.
When light has not occured yet, the ABS system is working fine.

To me this would probably be the rear sensor (one works both for abs and speedometer) But on a multilink car it is bit of hassle to replace it.
I must jack the car up and put another jack under the rear axel, unbolt it, and
lower it a little to access the sensor, after I have disconnected it from the trunk.
So is there any way to make sure that this is the failure, before I unbolt the
multilink.
I was also thinking ... could the speedometer itself be the problem, or
the print circuit in the cluster? maybe some bad ground.....?

I did read the org´s and there they speak of some fuse on a relay, could that be the case? I figured not, because the system works fine in the begining of each ride, but halts when the light goes on. it would probebly not work at all if I had a blown fuse, right?

help !!!
