The speedocable should pose no problem in the US, if you have a problem try gcp.com in Europe (Volvo source) they ship worldwide.
If you can get your hands on one it's best to use a L-junction between the end of the speedocable and the overdrive.
Have your drive shaft shortened, that way you know for sure the flange matches your driveshaft.
