My new B16B has started!! 444-544

I just went through that too. I had B16 engine rebuilt and went from single Zenith to two SU carbs. The SUs leaked less than the Zenith, so I did this, which involved also a different manifold and throttle linkage. If you have leaks, it is not easy to get the thing to idle correctly. It will differ as engine warms up too. I had SU carbs completely rebuilt and now it works well. The throttle shafts are the most important and the gaskets. Good luck.
