I did use the Walker cheapo, and it works fine. It comes with mini bullet crimps and heat shrink tubing. Follow the instructions exactly, being sure to stagger the splices. Pull back on the stock outer wrapping so that you can pull it back over the splice when done. I dno't know about the Bosch - surely the full harness setup would be easier, but more bucks.
