Yes they fit. I've seen them on a 740 and there's also a picture if you can find it of Nick Choy's car with them. Volvo "modernized" the late 960, V90 by rounding out the rear panels, just above the bumpers. Ours are indented. The newer style tailights conform to this rounded style and therefore do not indent like the older ones. As far as mounting them, I believe the bolts and holes are the same. The wiring may be different, but it's really easy to modify on the wagons.
