Well put, and thanks for the clarification.

Couple of thoughts per your post...

Not surprising that membership is up so much. I'd bet a nickel that it is due in part to online signup and payment.

Keeping up the website, whilst not giving away the store, is a fine line to walk. Good luck to whomever is responsible.

Thank you for not making the same mistake as VSA has. It appears that they have made a conscious decision NOT to put anything of value on the web (for free) for fear of losing membership.
