Most everything would fit. There are differences with the ECC but you could resolve them with the schematic and service manual for the ECC. Most of the interior bits would fit, except for some rear seat things. The rear of the 740 and 940/960 is higher and the back seat is higher to accomodate that. The padding around the rear quarter windows is different too. The door panels are a little different since the 740 uses the handle in the door pocket which pulls back, well you know, and the 960 uses a different arrangenet. You could adapt that or swap the doors. There are a few other differences though.

I can take a few pics if you like. My 740 is gone but since you have one you could see the differences.

The wagons are pretty much the same.

The 960 uses a covered trim around the doors and windows too.
