O2 sensor problems 200 1983

try the obvious first..check all electrical connections..vacuum hoses.

check the OBD (onboard diagnostics) for codes; reset the OBD and try again

go to archives and perform maintenance on flame trap. Also remove, clean and adjust throttle body, throttle plate and switch.. have spare parts and gaskets on hand.

these are very inexpensive things to eliminate...
