ECT removal alternative? 700 1985

Assuming that you are removing it to replace , crush the plastic part with waterpump pliers until you can fit a socket or box wrench. Crowfoot or regular wrenches will usually round the brasspart if it is really tight and make it harder to remove. Be radical! Think inside the box(wrench).
