Well, being distrustful of ScanTech products.. I'd say it's the timing belt bearing. But of course there are ways to check this.

First, is your timing belt tensioned properly? Is the whole assembly locked down?

Second, you can't very well run the engine at all without the timing belt.. so pull off the fan belts and run the engine. If the noise goes away you know it's the water pump, alternator, fan+pulley, or some odd sort of belt squeal.
