bad carb 200

Now that i'm sure the engine is in sound condition i can start to figure out the idle hunting. It's not that bad at all, i'm just a little picky...
Anyway i think it is the carb that is worn. It had a bit of slack on the throttle shaft and you could also see that it wasn't sealing completely when closed. Could se light som places aroud the throttle plate. There was also some slack on the floating piston. I fugure i have 3 options.

1. Buy new carb, don't want that probably excpensive

2. Rebuild carb myself, i don't have access to machining facilities.

3. Buy used carb, risky don't know what i'll get?

If i go for option 3 what should i look out for? Can i use any of the constant depression carbs that came on 240's? Are some of them better than others? The one i have now is zenith 175CD
