740 Water Pump Leak

That black rubber "donut" seals between the head and the water pump. While that piece can be a source of coolant leakage there is no oil associated with that area- unless it leaks from above and collects there, not an uncommon experience. The oil could be coming from the cam cover gasket or the camshaft seal.
