3 Prong Volt. Stabilizer? 140-160

I ordered a stabilizer for my 140 GT cluster from volvo and recieved a stabilizer with 3 prongs and a hole on the topside with an imprint of a T.
Part #1234971.
Does anyone know what model this stabilizer is for?
