Speedometer not working. 700

88 760 Turbo. Speedometer needle is on right side of needle Stop. (As if car going 150mph.) Odometer/Trip Odometer and Cruise Control working. Checked ABS 10amp Fuse. Car died from bad alternator and Dead battery while driving.
Have replaced Battery and Alternator.
When you turn on car Speedometer Needle moves to the rightside of Needle Stop.
Is there a way to fix the problem?
