Here's a partial list off the top of my head: Alternator, battery, air box, washer fluid are on opposite sides. B234F AMM is clipped to the air box. If you're talking about an LH 2.4 B230FT then the wiring harness is likely the same although the ECU is not. Note that the B234F main fuel pump is not quite as powerful as a B234FT (there was a post on that in the last day or so). The B234F ignition system was EZ-116K rather than EZ-117K. The B234F used an 80 amp alt rather than 70 amp. Cruise control was always standard with the B234F. Engine mounts were different as the B234F sits at an angle and consequently the bell housing is different to put the trans level again. The B234F auto trans was AW72L rather than AW70/AW71/AW71L and there was a different rear end ratio (and speedo). The exhaust header (obvious) and connector are different although they share the same large diameter exhaust system back of that. Obviously no intercooler on the B234F rad. The B234F came with gremlins under the hood, the B230FT not so much so. That's for North America, there were variations for other markets.
