Control panel switches, are 240 vs 740 swap-able?

Thamks, I did not know that feature of the aftermarket units.

Car in question has an after-market head unit with a non-op CD player. Wifemobile has Volvo CR-4173 (?) and car is in line for a power antenna. Have part, no time.
