Am I guessing correctly that the two missing bolts are the ones at the very top of the bellhousing? IF so, it probably just means the clutch was last replaced by someone like me who struggled so hard to get those out, figured best to leave 'em out... extra parts.

Of course, I don't do that sorta thing anymore, but to be honest, it never caused problems...and saved a lot of time on subsequent clutch jobs.
