How Powered is Power Steering??? 700 1990

Dunno how stiff the power steering is usually on a 700 series, but the friend's 760T is quit a bit stiffer than my wagon (the sedan has the p/s pump disconnected).

A good flush with nice clean ATF wouldn't hurt.

However with 300k miles, the u-joints could be binding, the rack could be tired, etc. Any number of things to look at that might not be in perfect shape. Just start cheap.
