If the brakes haven't been bled, some small amount of trapped air will bubble up into the MC, and some amount of fluid will trickle down. I think that's all that's happening.

Brake fluid in the combustion chambers makes white smoke out the exhaust. The inside of your vacuum line is dry. No worries.
