Crank Pulley removal tool from ipd 700

I noticed that ipd has offered a B230 crankshaft pulley (I know, it's really a harmonic balancer) removal tool for the first time. The price ($40) seems competitive with what other's have stated they've found elsewhere. Can anyone with experience with the other tools tell from the catalog pic if it is built as well as the factory tool? It looks stout to me and I'm planning on getting one, I just wanted to know if anybody had another opinion.
