hi,
i have noticed a number of posts from you regarading expension tanks amd overheating issues...sounds to me like you may have a nasty in there you need to look at..poss cylinder head gasket..something presurizing the system...I had a car (non volvo) that did much the same some years ago..chased round the leaks..came down to a cracked cylinder head...
