Whereabout are you located? If it's in one of the sunny states:
If it has the fogs in good condition, grab them (rare on US cars and usually rotted out on euro cars). These are the smaller inboard lights; most US cars have small grilles there with the horns behind them.
Distributor. They have a tendency to self-destruct
Exhaust manifold, especially the rear one, if it's not cracked. They often crack.
manifold pressure sensor (canister on the inner fender connected to the manifold by vacuum tube). Diaphragm can go bad. I think someone on the 'board was looking for one a couple of days ago.
Front corner units (on ft. bumper). Tend to rot out on rust belt and euro cars.
That's about the somewhat valuable stuff; the rest is mainly of interest to people who have one and are looking for specific parts but not something I think is worthwhile pulling on general principle.
