EGR TEMP SENSOR VALUES 700

Anyone know what the operating range values are for the EGR temp sensor ? Is it a resistance type sensor? How does it affect the ignition system control? Two wires. One to ground other is y/b to ez116k ignition control. I have 90 765t b230ft california model, LH jetronic 2.4L turbo.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Joe
