gearbox/diff lubricants..

Own a 740 Turbo Wagon, 4 speed w/ J type (I think) overdrive unit.. I've heard that these can be picky about what type of gear oil is used.

...I'm a big fan of Redline synthetics, as I've had great experiences with their products in that past -- so I'd really like to throw some of their stuff in the trans.. just like I said, I've heard that these gearboxes are picky and I've never owned a Volvo before (I am RAPIDLY becoming a fan)--- what stuff should I use?

Also, rear-end. Not limited slip, found that out in the rain the other day when I bought it... :) What type of [Redline] lube should I put in there?
