Well, I make mine with 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of shortening or margarine, 2 1/2 cups of flour (the UNPROCESSED stuff), and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
You can also add 1/4 cup of raisins and/or chopped walnuts if you like.
