240 electric window wiring break

if your going to make this repair yourself, i would not put the wiring splice in the door hinge area. make the splice inside the car and run a new wire from the splice to the inside of the door, that way where it bends and moves wont break the splice.just do one wire at a time and runthem through the rubber boot.
