Compression testing B230FT 700 1988

I want to check compression in my '88 745t. In the FAQ it states that for B2XX engines the nominal value is 128psi with no more than a 28psi variance between cylinders.

Does this apply to turbo engines as well? Don't they have lower compression ratios and would that effect the reading?

I've never tested compression on a turbocharged engine, obviously.

Thanks,
